One of our exterior professional will come to your home with samples and literature of the different exterior products you have previously mentioned over the phone. If you are undecided what product you want us to install, no problem. We can bring several samples and help you make decisions based on desired quality, budget, and appearance. While you are looking at samples, our Exterior professional will be outside the home measuring and taking notes.
Depending on the job, our Exterior Professional will either put an estimate together for you before leaving your home, or they may go back to the office to put a proposal together. Regardless, you will have an estimate within a few short days.
Once you have made the decision to work with Firstcall Exteriors for your project, we will order the material, schedule an install date with you, schedule the appropriate installation labor, and coordinate a material delivery date and time.
This is the day you have been excited about! Once our crews are on site, they will access any potential items that could be damaged. We will move those items or do our best to protect them. It is possible that some landscaping may have to get cut away from the house, but permission is always asked for prior to that happening. Once your home and possessions are protected, we will work diligently and professionally to complete your project. We will do our best to leave your property clean and in better condition than when we arrived.
Following completion of your exterior project, a walk through will be performed by a FIRSTCALL Exteriors staff member. We will verify cleanliness, quality, and make sure that any leftover materials have been removed from the property. We appreciate payment in full once the project is completed.
