Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our goal is to restore your home the right way — not just quickly, but correctly — so you don’t have to worry about issues later.

If something isn’t right due to our workmanship, we will make it right.

Firstcall provides a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on qualifying completed work.

If you are experiencing an issue with any work completed by Firstcall within the past 5 years, please call 515-986-9300 and we would be happy to help resolve the issue.

If we installed something incorrectly, we fix it.

Our warranty covers workmanship issues in the areas we remodeled or repaired. If something fails because it wasn’t built or installed properly, we will repair or replace it.

This may include things like:

• Roof or flashing leaks (under normal conditions)

• Plumbing leaks caused by installation

• Electrical work not meeting code

• Heating or cooling systems not performing properly

• Windows or doors that don’t operate correctly

• Installation defects that fall outside normal building standards
  

Coverage begins when your project is substantially complete and lasts five years.

Our warranty covers workmanship — not normal aging or outside damage.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Storm damage, flooding, fire, hail, lightning, or other weather events

• Landscaping, driveways, patios, fences, or detached buildings

• Minor settling or hairline cracks within normal standards

• Condensation caused by humidity

• Clogged drains from normal use

• Insect damage

• Changes made after project completion

• Materials or fixtures supplied by others

• Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)

• Temporary housing, storage, food, or inconvenience costs

• Consequential damages

• Work on non-residential properties

• Unpaid balances
