This project began on a Wednesday, and our Firstcall team was on-site the same day to inspect the damage and begin the restoration process. After the homeowner's contents were removed from the home on Thursday, cleanup and demolition were able to be started on Friday.
The home was impacted by a large sewage backup that affected the entire street, and it was one of several properties we assisted. Because the issue involved the city, working through the municipal insurance process created additional challenges.
Our team stayed persistent, helped navigate the insurance details, and ultimately restored the home—leaving the homeowner extremely happy with the outcome.
