Fire Restoration

This project followed a fire that started in the home’s mechanical room, damaging several roof trusses. The water used to extinguish the fire caused additional damage throughout much of the interior. By the time Firstcall began repairs, most of the home had already been gutted down to the studs.

After consulting with an engineer, Firstcall was able to repair the damaged trusses without compromising the structural integrity of the home. From there, the team rebuilt the interior, and the homeowner used the opportunity to redesign the space. The result was a beautifully restored home with a brand new kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
