Bathroom Restoration

This project began when the homeowner noticed water damage appearing in the lower level of their home but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. After receiving the call from the insurance company, the Firstcall team was on-site the same day to open the drywall and investigate the source of the leak.

Our inspection revealed that the master shower was leaking and would need to be fully removed to address the damage properly. The water had also traveled into the dining room below, where it warped the wood flooring and required replacement.

While completing the restoration, the homeowner took the opportunity to upgrade the bathroom with some beautiful updates. The finished space turned out great, and the repairs restored both the function and appearance of the home.
