I recommend highly enough! After a basement sewage backup they were at the residence with a plan. Their team was incredibly professional and respectful throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what they would do, kept us updated with daily progress reports, and even helped us navigate the insurance claim.

The final restoration work is flawless—they paid attention to every detail, and you can't even tell there was a problem. We are extremely happy with the results and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Firstcall was recommended to me by my insurance company. I was honestly shocked at how fast they contacted me. I believe I received my first call from Blake about 20 minutes after I talked to my adjuster. Blake and crew arrived at my home within 45 minutes of that first contact. I had extensive water damage to floors, door frames and some basement ceiling.

On day one they had dehumidifiers running, day two they removed all of the affected flooring and added several blowers. As soon as the water dried up they were right back at it removing the flooring, etc. Thank you Blake, Matt, and Logan for being polite and professional and taking the time to answer my questions and provide explanations!
